1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Parki, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
- Parki provides a mobile web platform for paying for parking at participating lots.
- Parki facilitates payments between drivers and lot owners/operators.
- Parki is a payment facilitator, not a parking lot operator. We do not own, manage, or control parking lots.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
- You must provide your correct license plate number.
- You must accurately represent your intended parking duration.
- Providing false information may result in parking violations and/or account restrictions.
3.2 Compliance with Lot Rules
- You must comply with all posted rules at the parking lot.
- A Parki payment does not override lot-specific restrictions (handicap spaces, reserved areas, height limits, etc.).
- Parki is not responsible for towing, booting, or ticketing resulting from lot rule violations.
3.3 Payment
- You authorize Parki to charge the payment method you provide.
- All sales are final unless a refund is issued at the lot owner's discretion.
- For monthly subscriptions: you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
4. Parking Session Terms
- A parking session begins when payment is confirmed.
- A session expires at the end time shown on your confirmation.
- It is your responsibility to extend or move your vehicle before the session expires.
- Expired sessions may result in enforcement action by the lot owner (ticketing, towing, etc.).
- Parki sends expiry reminders as a courtesy only and is not liable if reminders fail to deliver.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund requests must be directed to the lot owner through Parki's platform.
- Lot owners set their own refund policies.
- Parki may facilitate refunds at the lot owner's direction.
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
6. Disputes
- If you dispute a charge with your bank/card issuer, Parki and the lot owner may submit evidence (plate photo, GPS data, timestamps) to the payment processor.
- Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent restriction from the Parki platform.
- We encourage you to contact us at support@parki.app before initiating a bank dispute.
7. Prohibited Uses
